Which tea helps you dialate? Does primrose oil work? (Keep negativity off)

i used primrose vaginally and orally with APN consent and my 2nd baby came at 41+6 lol .... and i was 3cm and 80% effaced the whole time lololol but that was just my experience.

I bought the one at babies r us. I can't remember what brand it was. I don't think brand matters, as long as it's the leaf tea.
