lol I probably wouldn't be this far dilated if I didn't go into preterm labor at 22 weeks. I was at 1cm until 36 weeks then 1.5 then on up to 3cm for two weeks and now 4 it's a slow process. I've been walking ALOT to get out moving faster.

Ahhhh lucky You Girl @mccokel14 ! 😊 I was hoping the doctor would tell Me I was atleast 3cm dialated lol but even His face expression was like "no still long way to go" haha

I feel for you! I had my doctors appt Thursday and I was at 4cm but only 50% effaced and I didn't even know I had contractions to get there.. I need to get to like 6 or 7 ha

Wow really? @purplemissed I might need to go walk around the park all day lol or probably inside Walmart since its kinda hot out here in AZ

my best friend went to some festival walked around literaly all day long, next morning boom there's baby.

Yess Thank You @purplemissed I've been trying to walk as much as I can and that's when I start feeling tiny contractions hopefully the get painful soon

And walking a lot don't forget to walk a lot

I will have to go get raspberry tea tomorrow, the one I've been drinking is chamomile tea but nothing happens. I know for sure sex helps lol that's what helped Me with my first pregnancy but this time Hubby is staying on base for 2 weeks so no luck there😣 @t142

Drink organic raspberry tea. Also, they say having sex- which really means if you orgasm.
