So I'm almost 4 weeks out from my c section and I'm having a lot of cramping and pain. my incision is completely healed and I haven't done anything today but lay on the couch and I stopped bleeding days ago. Is that normal?

Is it gas maybe..or aunt flow starting.

@rhia, can your period come back that soon? It's only been 4 weeks since I had baby.

Im not sure mine came back after 6 weeks but before that I stopped and started bleeding but I also had cramps and it was gas pains if its real painful I would call the doctor just to make sure everything is ok
