You mean baby food or are they on table food already

I didn't at first I gave my daughter blan food till like 8 months i then gave her everything I ate

I didn't but once the baby was old enough to mash food i would give him pieces of whatever i cooked and it was always seasoned. Seasonings are fine. Of course watch the amount of any salts and spicy things.
