i have it works great for my daughter. yes you can use it in the face.

i used coconut oil with a drop of lavender and some breast milk and it worked like a charm!! I also switched to Burt's bees baby products for washing and moisturizing and it took care of it for the most part.

I'm not too sure if you can use it on baby's face. Aveeno is great for them or you can have your doctor prescribe something.
