I just got handmedown breastfeeding bottles where you just put the bag in. How would I properly clean the bottles?

I just can’t win tonight! Was going to make Eliana a bottle and dropped the cereal bent down to pick it up forgetting I had an open bottle with formula in it and the bottle spilled all in my carpet 🤦🏻 ♀ And before anyone adds any smart comments... yes I put cereal in my almost 4 month olds bottles! No it’s not to make her “sleep longer” but to help with her reflux! If you don’t like it just keep scrolling 🤷🏻 ♀
