@meejaymommy, oh I understand. I dropped, I was constantly trying to time the "contractions" and couldn't tell if it was time or not. It stressed me out. As cliche as it is to say... You'll know. Your body will make it well known. I didn't believe it until I really felt contractions which was weird because it was all in my back.
