If you mean like you're milk coming in.. It won't come in until after baby is born! As for learning how to breastfeed, you can either go to breastfeeding classes or if you tell them you want to breastfeed, they'll send in a lactation consultant to help you with everything! If you want to do classes, check with your health department. Idk if every health department does it, but if you were on WIC they had a class you could attend at the Heath department.

You don't get actual milk until after baby is born anyways. The hospital usually has someone come in to help you with breastfeeding as well before you leave.

how do I get ready to breastfeed? just figure it out once my son is born and they help me in the hospital?
