I call my father papi.. and we call my nephew papaito.. but that's a nickname.. not an actual namr

yeah a lot of man like to be called papi .... even my man lol.... i call my sons papito sometimes :-)

I'm Cuban and that also means dad too. I agree with @leishlam it's meant kinda sexual for a boyfriend or husband

for a childs name in my opinion no you can call him papito as a nickname .... but as a name i wouldn't do it @babybump20

im puerto rican and papi means daddy....we call our dad papi and we even call our boyfriend or husband papi it can be a respectful word for parents but used kinda sexually with boyfriends or husband

I used to call my grandpa papi. But I don't think it should be a kids name. I like Valentino
