I have the materna and the folic acid I have is a life brand. Idk why everytime I take it I just like and I'm spitting blood :/ I stopped taking them for now until today cause I'm seeing my doctor

Mine did that to me to. I have tried every time of the day to take them, with food without food and still the same thing so I think it might be the brand cause with my boys I used materna but with this one I tried the natures bounty and they make me so sick.

I have materna that has folic acid in it but it doesn't have enough so it was recommended to get the actual folic acid vitamins to take as well so I'm getting more of it.

Are you just taking Folic acid ones, or are you taking the prenatal ones that have the folic acid in it? I was taking just the folic acid ones at the beginning & had a hard time with them, so I switched to the prenatal Materna brand!

I know I'm going tomorrow :/ I just wanted to see if anyone else had the same :(

then you should talk to your doctor.

I tried that the second day and it doesn't make a difference :(

i used to throw up taking them and my nurse told me to try to take them after eating and it is easier..
