okay mommas some interesting facts for ya ! fresh breastmilk is good in the fridge for 3 to 5 days and in the freezer is like 2 weeks if its a single door fridge and 3 to 6 months if it has two doors, if its thawed milk it lasts for 24 in fridge, if it stays out its good for 3 to 4 hrs at room temp (60 to 85 degrees) 6 to 8 hrs if room is cooler. i know some of you first time mommas need to know to know this so happy to share ! also formula in the first year can be an extra 1500$, but hey some babies dont do good with breastfeeding my boys sure didnt just be careful it can make them spit up more and get constipated.
