Just went for a sleep during the day. It did help slightly. The only other thing they are suggesting online is drink less before going to bed but can't help when thirsty@keeley xxxx

You can try cutting back fluids early evening but not in this heat. I'm 18 w up 1-3 times from 12-7 but my last pregnancy I was up every hour from 30 weeks I'm afraid. I thought I was tired- till I gave birth then realised 4 child including a reflux newborn was hell. U could guarantee the last night feed would be half 4/5 when I had an hour to settle baby only to be up 1 hr after that. Generally she woke every 2-3 hrs all night for an hour to 1.5 hrs and I thought my toilet trips were bad! But pp I needed to wee more due to excess fluid from my pregnancy. So I would wake wee sort baby wee lol. Having children ruined my bladder so I need to get up in the night non pregnant. Guess u do just get used to disturbed sleep. In fact I'm not sure u ever sleep the same again. I'm 36 baby no 5 and I can't remember which year I last slept solidly. I got used to being a zombie lol

@suzie80 yeah unfortunately it's too warm to cut back on fluids. This sounds like a common thing to go through but it does make you feel awful. I get that I will be up during the night (night time feeds) I'm prepared for that :) but feeling sick again due to it isn't very nice and not being able to do much throughout day isn't that good either.

Trying to come up with solutions to make it easier :)
