Oh my gosh I'm in so much pain... I've been losing my mucus plug for the last couple of days and now I'm cramping really bad.... Plus this morning when I wiped there was a really dark red blob in the mucus..... what is going on....

Only what I've read in books. Walking, bouncing on a yoga ball, spicey food. That kind of stuff.

I'm hoping that hr does make his arrival soon. before the 9th when I'm supposed to be induced... @lalamichelle0707 I just hate the pain I'm in right now...

well looks like ill be walking a ton. hopefully it helps
