Sounds totally normal. Babies start with slow heart rates and it increases with age till it settles between 120-160 ish. My first child kept going to 200 bpm just before they induced me and they weren't worried. She was diagnosed with a heart issue at 5 weeks old where her heart beats too fast and used to race to 300 plus a min and need treatment. She's nearly 18 now and she takes a beta blocker twice daily and needs cardiac ablation at some point. But her resting heart rate is like 120-140 without meds. With its 60-70

at 16wk it was 130 then at 18wk was 140 and at 20wk is now 152 my family said it could be because of his heart problem I'm just an over worried mother right now xx

They look for it to be between 120bpm and 160bpm xx

fetal heart rate changes all the time just like ours does depending on how active your baby is at the time or how active you are at my 16wk my little boys was 151 bpm, 20wk was 148 and at my 27wk HD scan it was 138bpm xx
