For those of you that have tried fenugreek and/or mothers milk tea, what did you think of it? What did the tea taste like?

Mothers milk is gross but I got use to the taste. Noticed a difference the next day.

@jennerfay took about 4 day I believe.  But yea it can take up to a week. If you notice that you smell like maple syrup, it's working!😂

I used Fenugreek. I took 6 pills a day. I also had Fenugreek tea, which tasted pretty terrible so u added plenty of honey, which helped a lot!
