I used Fenugreek. I took 6 pills a day. I also had Fenugreek tea, which tasted pretty terrible so u added plenty of honey, which helped a lot!

Did the pills help? If so, how soon for you? Obviously everyone is different lol @rosalinasmami

@jennerfay took about 4 day I believe. But yea it can take up to a week. If you notice that you smell like maple syrup, it's working!😂

Mothers milk is gross but I got use to the taste. Noticed a difference the next day.
