Yes it does for sure. I think the baby dry is supposed to last up to 12 hours. They have worked great for us so far. Not that I wait 12 hrs but she sleeps 8 hrs in them

I love pampers cruisers. they are supposed to last for 12 hours, have cuter prints and fit snug to the booty. I used baby dry for a while but they leaked.
