drink red raspberry leaf tea (i like it cold) insert 1 or 2 evening primrose oil vitamins as close to your cervix as possible before bed (and again of you go pee in the night) and bounce on a birthing or yoga ball everyday (i do 30 minutes a few times) and if possible have sex (preferably in the morning or night with your hips elevated 20 or so minutes after) I got dialated to 2 100?faced and thinned and he is all the way down. I haven't done anything this week but I'm guna start again on Monday! my son needs to come also lol.last week he weighed in at 8lbs on sonogram! my poor poor cha cha!
