Braxton hicks or preterm labor? 10minutes apart back hurts and stomach is tight what is this?

Could be Braxton hicks, if they get unbearable to where you're crying I'd go in to be safe. Most people say if they continue for more than an hour go in, but my BH last days and days

It's on and off since 9am now it's making me nauseated @bentleysmomma

I would call your obs office the fact that they are 10 minutes apart worries me.

they don't always have to be unbearable, I had contractions only felt tightness, got to the hospital. turned out I was 5 1/2cm they were freaking out cause I wasn't feeling the contractions@bentleysmomma @brandyi87
