So with the cramps an back pain. They aren't consistent.. But I think they are contractions

mine weren't consistent till i was 5mins apart and it wasn't til then i realized i was in labor

@babykam, really? I think mine are contractions but I'm not sure. Cause I've always had period cramps but these are kinda worse an sometimes go to my back. An I had bloody show this morning still wiping light pink with slimy goo

yes@ang20 i had pain that felt like period cramps and the pain in my back was like a dull feeling i didn't think nothing if it until it was too late and i was on the floor in pain and couldn't move youre 39 weeks and so was i when i went into labor

the pain wasn't consistent but every hour the pain intensified

@babykam, I'm 40 weeks today. But they start as period cramps than a few seconds in it goes into my back by my butt dull an stabbing feeling

i read your other posts and you've been having this pain for a little over 12 hours go to l&d i waited cuz i brushed off the pain and by the time i made it to the hospital the baby head was almost out @ang20

some women experience more pain in their back aka back labor which is what i had but normally the pain is like period cramps that keep getting worse

@babykam, I've had these period pains for the last month an the dr never said anything but they just started this morning with back pain

I'd still go in or call to be sure slight cramping is common in pregnancy but when it's accompanied with back pain it's usually labor @ang20

@babykam, what do I say when I call?

@ang20 tell them how far along you are and that you've been exp cramping along with back pain and you're having bloody show as well

they're gonna ask how long have you been experiencing this and how much pain are you in but even if you're not in extreme pain you could still be in labor my dr told me i was fine and probably not in labor cuz i wasn't in a lot of pain she felt real stupid 2 hours later when my baby was born @ang20

@babykam, they said sounds like early labor but they want me to wait to see if they become consistent with times. They went from 6mins to 14 apart but went from 48 seconds to 1:30 seconds

that's how mine was go in once the pain intensifies @ang20
