I may sound completely stupid.... But I am 90% sure they have my due date wrong. By like two weeks.... I know the doctor…

Exactly! So since I'm measuring ahead I feel like my due date is just wrong... I mean I know other people measure ahead all the time but I just know my date is off... Even if my doctor doesn't think so. @littlelamby

Well I go back for an ultrasound on Friday... So I think everything will be figured out then. But they're just saying I'm measuring ahead based on measuring my stomach. @soontobemomof4

Yeah, that could mean, extra fluid or big baby, it don't always mean the due dates off. When you get your ultrasound watch the measurements. My little one is actually measuring a week ahead on ultrasounds, he always has. :) but that's not enough to really change my due date! :) fingers crossed you get it all figured out! :)

@jleightutt, I'm wondering the same thing.. because at 24 weeks I was measuring 31 weeks but yet had only gained 10 lbs ( huge difference I know) and then at 28 weeks they did ultrasound to measure baby and he was 3 lbs 8 oz Dr said size of a 30-31 weeker.. and said imma have a big baby I seriously think he has my due date wrong but who knows. But if that's the case than I'd b 32 almost 33 weeks instead of 30 weeks.. Idk I figure my body knows best so I'll let it do its job!

Well the last time I went and he said I was still measuring ahead, I asked if my due date could be off... And he was like well "based on your last period and everything, no" which is what got me thinking that they may have the last period wrong.... Like I said, I'm sure we'll have a better idea of what's going on when I go for my ultrasound... I just really think that we're going to have a baby much sooner than we thought. @tlackamp

Due dates go by the first ultrasound.. They give you a estimated due date by your last period and they give you an official due date at your first ultrasound.. Baby's grow at the exact same rate up to 10-12 weeks and then they start growing at their own pace so she gave you a due date based on the measurements of baby at your first ultrasound indicating how far along you were. Then when baby starts growing at its own pace that's when the either pick up more weight or less weight which is why you could be measuring ahead because your baby just picked up some more weight. A true due date is not based off of your last period .. If you ovulate later in your cycle for some reason then your due date with your last period will not be accurate the most accurate due date is calculated from the first ultrasound

they actually go off of the last day of ur last menstrual .
