My little boy is only five days old today and he is such a fuss to get off to sleep at the moment. During the day he can sleep for four hour at a time but on a night he is up every two hours! So tired!

Melody at first woke once during the night which i didn't mind and then one day i woke up at 6:30 and she hadn't. i was like "oh god! is she dead?!" 😂 i panicked had to go check she was still breathing lol. she sleeps from about 9/10 till 7 now xx

@charliebrown89, thank you for the advice! We tried your idea first and its worked a treat! We was up for 2 and a half hours during the day. Then had a big bottle before bed and was asleep from 11:30 til 4am! Xx

a warm bath with me around 9.30 ish seems to help with establishing a bedtime rountine. warm bath (she hates it too cool) change feed and then wrapped in a blanket and down. did it from the 4th night after a couple of unsettled nights and she slept 10.30 ish until 3 ish xx

wrap him up in a blanket, I do it with my little man and he seems for ateast 4 hours a night xx

newborns can get confused with nighttime and daytime. try and keep him stimulated more in the day so he doesn't sleep as long. that's what i did with mine and she slept through at 4 weeks. xx
Outrageous! A 5 year old was detained and questioned at his school for taking a toy gun to show his friend. He was so scared he wet his pants and his parents weren't notified until 2 hours into the questioning. He was suspended for 10 days, but it was reduced to the 3 days he had already served after the parents and others complained. The school stated that the situation was handled appropriately and would be handled in a similar manner in the future.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I'm a FTM and trying to get my baby to sleep through the night. What are some tricks you ladies used? He will sleep from 10:30-2 but then wake up every hour to two hours after
Are 30 min naps during the day plus 5-6 hours of sleep at night okay for a 2.5 month old baby? With a total of 13-14 hours a day of sleep. I find this very little sleep, but i don’t know what else to do. :(
The lovely sound of early morning screams after ive been awake rocking him for the past 8 hours so he could sleep :)

Aw we are going to keep trying to see how long he'll sleep. Eventually he will get there but can't believe he slept so long. Proud mama moment!! @charliebrown89 xx
