why in blue hell would you put a family of 4 on the 2nd floor of a hotel above other people????!!!! we got a call after being here for literally 10 minutes because our 2 year old was running and "making their lamps shake".. really?? he weighs 27 freaking pounds.... so the nice girls at the desk let me bring him to the lobby n "run around"

I tried to get a room on the ground floor, they didn't have anymore.... they told me to bring him down n let him run off energy on the lobby and breakfast room @ashley_abby20
