Everyone is different, if you bled a lot right after birth you may not bleed a lot now...? If you are concerned I would phone the doctor, but I couldn't imagine it being a BAD thing....

I just read that on average you can have bleeding for a few days or up to 8 weeks! Sometimes it can stop and then start again, and many women think it's their period coming back! Also I read that second time moms often heal faster, and of course also breastfeeding speeds it along because it signals your uterus to shrink faster 😉 So it seems, yes, it is totally normal! Gives me hope for when I have another baby, I felt like I bled FOREVER the first time LOL

I just had my second baby 2 1/2 weeks ago and I was the same way. I barely bled at all when I was in the hospital. It came back a bit when I got home and I was walking around, carrying baby, playing with my other daughter, etc. but it only came back for a day or two and was super light. I think the second time around your body just heals faster.
