@pickleandpeanutandprincess, I asked that during my hospital tour and they said dad can't cut the cord during a c-section bc of the sterile situation, mom being cut open and all.

My husband said they kind of pushed him into doing it by basically handing him the scissors and saying "go for it!" Lol so yes some places do for sure
