@simplyairbear, i am so sorry thats so sad! my sister is going through CPS and i know how they are they are completely stupid! they only care as long as a child has somewhere to sleep its considered okay but its stupid. but keep phone conversations! text messages, phone calls, voicemails,etc. take her back to cpurt for violating the joint custody she will get in trpuble but then again CPS will fight with her too. rhe justice sytem never takes anything so serious but i really hope your husband gets full custody of him she doesnt seem to have her priorities straight and needs to get her shit together ! just hang in there, its frustrating but karma will get to her and she will realize that shes fucking up

Ugh, exactly! 😑 she doesn't get it! It's so sad. And it's sad that CPS doesn't care that he's sleeping on a couch in the living room with 12 other people living in a 3 bedroom trailer. That's why I've given up on the justice system. The courts don't care. All they want is constant money from us to fight for him and they still don't care. Poof joint custody, now go away. that is not right at all! joint custody or not, she doesnt need to set foot in your home without your and your husbands permission. and thats bad parenting for also ripping him out of the truck. she can lose her rights with him. and he needs to be with his dad, she needs to realize she is hurting her son by not letting him see his dad and thats fucked up. using your child as a pawn is the most selfish immature shit to do. together or not let him be apart of his childs life ! she sounds like a unfit mother as it is doing drugs, and breaking into your home. hes 5, he needs his own room not sleeping on a couch 😞

She literally told my husband he will not see or talk to his son until she can come into our house and check it out because she doesn't believe it's our house. She tried to break into our house last year!

We have already called the police and joint custody or not they don't rio the child from either parent. We have to pay $200 to file a petition to go back before a judge. It's sad that my step son is suffering. Makes me so angry. He sleeps on a couch in the living room because she doesn't have her own home, and CPS says that's fine. We have a room for him and everything. It's just fucked up.

One time my husband's ex legit walked right into our house. She was dropping off my step child. So she walks in tells me husband as she is passing him, "I'm using the bathroom." Excuse me? I was livid. I made him tell her no the last time she asked to come inside. I wouldn't mind it, but the fact that she felt entitled and just walked right into my house made me sooooo pissed.

I dont see a reason to be in your home. joint custody...she should be in trouble for not letting him go there. have you spoken to a lawyer? I would. if she isn't following the rules then make sure its known. also ripping a child out of a car is bad parenting. she is clearly not caring about her son. document everything. save texts and record phone conversations. it will go you a fantastic case in court and she will have to deal with the consequences of what she is doing.
