went to the ER last night. my breast was hurting so bad they told me I might have mastitis but then just said that it's a clogged duct. but I've been running a fever and Tylenol isn't doing anything I cried all night my whole body was hurting I tried warm compresses I even pumped in the shower with hot water and nothing. it's super clogged. I've been giving my daughter formula cause I'm so afraid I have an infection. thank God my hubby took the day off to help me take care of her:)

Also if you have a pump: get on all fours hands and knees, and pump. Or dangle feed (my daughter hates this so I dangle pump!) works like a charm!! Heat compress before, dangle pump/feed, then cold compress because it's going to be sore AF once the clog has been removed.
