okay, I am 39+4 and curious. I had an exam yesterday to check how far dilated. I was 4cm dilated and 50% effaced. of course I bled quite a bit. (very sensitive cervix) well, I passed two dark red blood clots yesterday (quite small) and now today I had quit bleeding but when I go to the restroom I always have brownish pinkish mucus! is this "bloody show" or is this just a normal thing. its never been like this when I got an exam before 😕

@mdomke22, thank u! I hope so!!! I've lost part of my plug earlier on but this is tinged with blood so that why it was a concern. I was having consistent contractions yesterday that were quite uncomfortable but now I'm not but maybe its all a good sign!
of its mucus looking most likely could be your bloody show! that usually means labor is near once that happens. ppl lose parts of their mucus plug throughout pregnancy but once it's bloody that's when you know it's getting close and it could mean you're dilating more! good luck girly!
Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
