Damn girl! I don't get any pay once I start my leave.. I'm 38 weeks and still working because I'd rather spend the time off with my Son when he gets here! @marissamiller

My job lol my benefits . I worked one week then they used my sick time hours to make 80 hours . I still have vacation time left .. I get two weeks fully paid once I have my son .. Then the other 4 weeks are 60% paid. @taylay

I fully understand I left my job at 37 weeks & 3 days I couldn't do housekeeping anymore at a hotel it's too much while being pregnant so I left early . @taylay
