Ladies I need honest. Let's say my baby is 8 pounds. What's the probability of me ripping during labor?
My baby was 7 13 and I had a first degree tear, so more than likely you could. But from what I understand if you start putting a little coconut oil down there it's less likely.
My son was 8.3 and I was going to rip or started to and my doctor just went ahead and cut me. It's normal to rip.
My first was 5 lbs 11 oz but I'd didn't rip so I was just wondering. Thanks
Actually they say tearing heals easier. While you're pushing they can massage the area to help it stretch and prevent major tears. I had a couple of tiny tears with my son (he was over 8 lb)
I ripped with my first and she was 7 lbs. Actually Dr cut me but it was better that way. They'll cut you if need be
@landuhzluv, thanks but this my second baby but she was small and everyone keep saying oh you won't rip you will be fine.
My son was 9 lbs and I had a second degree tear
