When you're 38 weeks pregnant and have no signs of baby coming.... had OB appt Tues, 1cm dilated and OB could feel babys head when checking. Come on baby girl!

Curious. When you measure ahead... does that mean baby is big, due date is off or baby is coming early?
My triplets were born via emergency c-section.... on Monday I had an appt with my ob at 6pm and he said I was still 2cm dilated, then I went home and was having servere pain that came and go and would wake me up from sleep, they were coming from 2 to 17 min apart, and I couldn't walk, and I had an extreme urge to pee, and that was new, so my mom came and took me to the hospital, and they hooked me and the babies up to the monitors and I wasn't contracting as much as I had thought, come to find out when they checked me that I was 4 cm and baby a's foot was coming through my cervix, so that was causing the pain... they called my ob and got a team ready to deliver my babies... they were born at 1:07, 1:08, 1:09 am on Tuesday morning
Any ideas on inducing labor?? I'm desperate and PLEASE DO NOT give me the "your baby will come when she's ready" speech 😁

we have some stubborn babies. neighbor of mine was due 4 days ago still no sign of baby but has appt tomorrow. I have an appt today.... fingers crossed!
