Sharp pain in lower back and stomach. 7-8weeks... No blood or spotting but I had spotting a couple days ago. What do y'all think? Need help.!

Go to the hospital if you're worried, sound like stretching pain

Every Time I breathe it seems to get tight in some areas and sharp pain.
