don't eat the flavor packet that comes with it
my husband works 3rds and everything is my cabinet is all big dinner stuff, I don't like making huge meals when I don't have him here. there's ramen but was worried to eat it lol
Yes.. They are high in sodium though, which isn't good. Maybe that's why they said not to.
