After a very long process of being in labour since Wednesday 31st May at 3AM! I headed for the delivery ward at hospital with my contractions about 5 minutes apart! I was currently 2cm dilated but in absolute agony with every contraction! On the way home stopped for a McDonalds for myself! I was up all night having contractions, with each one getting stronger and cleaner! After another 7 hours of having continuous contractions ai have only dilated 1 more cm, now being 3cms drew lated! I was told to return home once again, to have another hot bath and try to dilate 1 more cm to become in established labour! I headed home for the final time! As my contractions grew stronger and progressed to 4 in 10 minutes I decided it was time to head back to hospital at 5pm! I was examined once more and still no change, however they agreed for me to stay in the butterfly room and try to get my cervix to dilate and become 4cm! I was left for another 5 hours, with still no change, I had to either go home and continue, stay in and continue to try or to be given some pethidine to help me get a bit of sleep for the first time in 38 hours! I decided to take the pethidine to get some sleep! This allowed me to get a whole hours kip to myself in an uncomfortable hospital bed! I was also given codeine and paracetamol to help cope with the pain! I was finally examined again at 5am and was told I was 6cm dilated! As you could imagine, I was over the moon! I was given toast and coffee up in the delivery room, where I was to be held for the rest of the day to help along the rest of the way! After 4 hours I was still only 6cms dilated, however, they decided to break my waters! I was coping with every contraction as best I could, with only air before trying the gas and air! This helped with the contractions, however I felt I needed more for the pain at the bottom of my back! I was injected with diamorphine, which made me nearly blackout in 15-20 minutes! I was still using gas and air to get me through a contraction, whilst having had diamorphine! Every day is different with Freya, and I am not currently sat with her after having been awake for the 3rd time tonight, for different things! I just want to take her home where we can get to know her and her own little routine rather than letting her fall for someone else's ways!☺️👶🏼 My baby girl finally arrived at 18.56 on 2/06/2016 after an hour a half of pushing!👶🏼💞🎀
awww she's so beautiful! you must be a proud mummy. congratulations!! xxx
@justclaireee Awe hun :) I was cut too as I needed a forcep delivery :) ahh yes...its common for the cord to be wrapped around their neck slightly :) 💕💕 They are absolute perfection! I still cant believe I grew my daughter inside me haha! It is really amazing! xxx
@winterbaby95, thank you! Would do it all again in a heartbeat! I had to have stitches as I had to be cut and I had to have a bot of help with a suction cap on baby's head, she also had the umbilical cord wrapped slightly round her neck when her head arrived 4 minutes before the rest of her body!☺️🙊 she's my very own little bundle of perfect though!👶🏼💞xxxx

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
