I know having a fever isn't good while pregnant but when should I be concerned?

okay well its only 99 right now which is why I asked. I want to make sure I'm on top of it because I'm a ftm and I'm not sure of these things. @babyrossmommy

i went to the doctors yesterday cause I'm sick my temp was 100.3 and she said to just take Tylenol every 3 hours to keep it down
