Do you all think it is necessary to wash all your baby new clothes, blankets, wash clothes and towels?

Yes. I washed all lil man's clothes

I washed everything I got for my son and I will be washing everything I get at my baby shower...it's better to be safe than sorry

I've started washing everything since my best friend told me how this lady brought her kids to the mall, bought them clothes out of crazy 8, changed them into the clothes at the mall , let them take pics with the Easter Bunny then returned them after being gone...plus things get dropped and put back up.

I also never buy things in the front row, if i find something I like.. i go find the very last one in that size or in the middle and purchase it. it's less likely it has been messed with

I've only washed things that were given to me ! I'm not washing anything I bought... i mean, what can really be wrong with them. nobody tries the clothes on their babies lol you should be good mama

It's not absolutely nessacery. I didn't wash all of my babies new clothes or blankets just stuff that I got used from my sister. I went thru the towels and blankets and wash cloths and if they felt rough I washed them but other than that nope I didn't feel like I had to.

yes because I've seen baby clothes dragged and stepped on in stores and put right back up

yes because of dye and also chemicals used to keep the clothes fresh in the store! needs to be washed.

Personally I washed blankets, sheets, and hats. Figure anything that may be rubbing my baby for long should be washed
