TMI: So I've been having extreme back pain all day and it radiates to my abdominal region on top of have horrible diarrhea. I called my Dr early and left a message but no response the diarrhea started about 10 minutes ago.... is this signs of labor?

I have like 52,000 questions for you. But since you delivered your twinsies at 31 weeks which probably makes you high risk this time around, I would go in. Are you going to Renown? If you had preeclampsia or were in the beginning stages with the boys that's another ✔️ in my book to go be seen.

Go be seen. You can tell them your doctor hasn't called you back but you want to make sure everything is ok

Drink a lot of water n if it continues after an hour you should prob get checked to be safe. Both my labors start the same way.
If you have nausea, a headache, or are having vision changes or seeing spots I want you to go to your labor and delivery department to be checked.

I wouldn't say it's a start of labor but it's a start of something. How close are you to the hospital you'll be delivering at?

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
