I'm so unhappy with my weight atm, I put on a lot of weight during my pregnancy. Has anyone any tips on how to lose weight?

I was the same Hun I was 9 and half stone before pregnancy then Went to 13 stone . I have been eating healthily and exercise classes twice a week (aerobics and Zumba)and jogging or working out at home once a weekend and I now weigh 10 stone 13 still got a bit to go but it's working xxx

Stomach you could try 100 sit ups a day and legs/bum squats. I used to do them before I got pregnant and will be doing after I give birth as well xxx @melltaylor123
