The last week has been super high stress... This is my second pregnancy after my first ended in miscarriage at 10 weeks... Last Friday I started bleeding pretty bad so I went in to the doctor.. They found the heartbeat super easy, which was a relief. My cervix is still closed and thick, also a relief. (I'm only 14 weeks 1 day). The doctor was pressing on my belly and it caused quite a bit of pain, so she ordered an ultrasound of my placenta. Baby looked great, but they found a blood clot right next to the placenta. I go in this Friday and next Friday for heart tones and then the third Friday, I have a 16 week ultrasound to see what the blood clot is doing. It's been extremely stressful as I am super worried that the blood clot will cause me to lose my baby :( They can't give me blood thinners as I have a bleeding disorder so my blood doesn't clot properly as it is. So I'm just mostly going with the flow at this point. Fingers crossed my baby makes it into my arms safely.
