Mentally prepare yourself for a scheduled c-section?!! Trying NOT to freak out about it. FTM and I'm just trying to prepare myself.

So how long do you stay in the hospital after having a c section? I just read on ovia that they keep you 5 days or longer... I didn't realize they kept you that long but I want to be prepared
