it's labor contractions, I was in preterm labor yesterday and they stopped it. it started back up again now. but they said they won't stop it if it started back up so now I'm just waiting through for them to get super close.

You may be having Braxton Hicks contractions which feel like regular ones. It could be your dehydrated, tired, or doing too much. Some steps I was told to take is, Walking, eating a meal, taking a shower, sex (depending on how you feel) and nap. If they go away you got the Hicks lol. Hope that helps some!
