Any ideas as to why my son is pulling at his ear a lot today?

they say it could be cause he is teething

my son has been doing that ever since his first tooth came out

he's never done it before and he's working on his third tooth already.

Only symptoms I've noticed with my son is tugging at ear and have fever @sidanddelos15

If he is just pulling, more then likely teething.. He would be crying and pulling at his ears in awful pain if it was his ears

if he's crying a lot it could be a ear infection especially if he's been sick lately. but teething makes them cry and pull on their ears too. Maybe see his pedi to rule out a ear infection. @sidanddelos15
