I think I have diarrhea 😩

yeah, I was in labor. your body kinda naturally cleanses itself before u go into labor. I had diareah then my contractions started and diareah continued till I went to the hospital and had my baby 2 hours later!

That's a good sign. Only time I had diarrhea during my pregnancy was labor time. My water broke literally a few min after.
