usually its the hormones coming out of her, it happens in boys too, but ask the doctor just be to sure.

I would take her to her pediatrician just to be safe about it. My daughter never had that so I'm not sure if it's normal

they said it could happen when i took my girl in for her 1 week its just hormones from us mommas, they also said girls can have a little spotting over like 2 or 3 days its apparently their first period.
