I'd say obvi. cloths, bottles I have both 5oz bottles and 8oz bottles, receiving blankets and bibs will be your best friend especially if your baby has acid reflex, wash cloths and baby towels, nail filer, thermomitor and vascaline for butt temperatures (if you call your baby's doctor for any concerns the first thing they ask is what the babies rectal temperature if) butt cream (I use a&d for her butt and also her belly button cause it looks a little purple like maybe it was bothers by something) you can never have too many blankets either but that's just my personal opinion
