Where are my moms who have BreastFed successfully? I need advice on it. How did you success? What did you do as far as when you had to go somewhere? what did you do as far as when some one had to keep the baby ? I tried breastfeeding my first born but I was too lazy and I really wana do it this time around. and Goooooo! thanks in advance.

Still breastfeeding my 2 yr old. After about 4 weeks i introduced a bottle of pumped milk by letting someone else feed him with me not in the room. I feel i was successful because i was confident and determined

@arivera64, awww I know I dont want to do it for too long I'm thinking making 6 month depending on weaning her off. but I was just so lazy with my Son and I dont want to be lazy this time lol

my son is 3 weeks and I've only breast fed him. he goes everywhere with me and I breast feed no matter where we are. I plan to introduce a bottle of my pumped milk next week when he's 4 weeks. then I will leave pumped milk and bottles with family members that watch him if need be. you have to stay positive and have a good support system. that is so important to keep you motivated.

I ebf my 8 week old daughter, she's with me at all times, I just use a cover when in public or I'll sometimes sit in our car (like at the park when there are so many curious kids around). she refuses the bottle so I don't push it. make small goals for yourself, say OK I'm gonna breastfeed till Friday and when Friday comes assess your feelings and say OK next Friday is my goal and so on. smaller goals are less pressure
