Good evening mommies!
My feet have swollen super massive.. Is there any other way to try to get the swelling down besides keeping them up? Soaking them? Something? My poor little sausage feet are killing me... 😯😯
I haven't had too bad of a time with swelling this entire pregnancy.. Just the occasional minimal ankle swelling when I've been on my feet all day.. But now my feet have ballooned up and I had them up! I wasn't on my feet. Should I be concerned?
my feet are so swollen. just randomly happened :/ to the point of hurting. have good blood pressure, and not on them all day either, normal or no??

When putting baby vapour rub on their feet do you just put socks on them or can you put feetie pjs?

do u have Epson salt? warm water with Epson salt and then elevating them helped me

I avoid wearing sandals and stick with shoes, I've noticed my feet don't get swollen when I wear shoes 😊

my mother in law with my first boy massaged my feet with rubbing alcohol. it helped me quite a lot.
