Stop pumping. The more you pump to express the milk the more you will produce. Milk is supply and demand

Gently massage some out or use a warm washcloth/hot shower and let whatever drips out come out and don't express any extra.

your milk will regualte some I stopped pumping cause my son wouldn't take bottles while I was at school for 6 hours and would pump when I got home which in return lowered my supply but still enough to feed him
