So the car seat someone said they got me for my baby shower, doesn't have a base or anything meaning I can't properly secure my baby in it anyways. What in thee fuck. Now all late I have to go buy a car seat before Jaci is here, stress stress stress.

I never used the base when my girls were little. there should be a hook thing for the seatbelt. I'm gonna use my base for this one though bc I paid a ton of money for this carseat lol

Same thing happened with me. ask them were they got it from if they got it from like Walmart or something u can take it back get store credit and use the store credit for the correct car seat that's what I did

You can always contact the manufacturer and see if they can do anything. Or see where they purchased it from. You definitely need a base

what's the brand of the carseat...going to their website to buy a base only would be cheaper than going to buy a whole new one... they may will prob do rush shipping too

Return it and get one with a base. That's what I did and I got a car seat the base and s stroller

the hospital gives you a car seat if you don't have one usually I'd call and see if they offer one because I know in Arizona they definitely do
