the hospital gives you a car seat if you don't have one usually I'd call and see if they offer one because I know in Arizona they definitely do

Return it and get one with a base. That's what I did and I got a car seat the base and s stroller

what's the brand of the carseat...going to their website to buy a base only would be cheaper than going to buy a whole new one... they may will prob do rush shipping too

You can always contact the manufacturer and see if they can do anything. Or see where they purchased it from. You definitely need a base

Same thing happened with me. ask them were they got it from if they got it from like Walmart or something u can take it back get store credit and use the store credit for the correct car seat that's what I did

I never used the base when my girls were little. there should be a hook thing for the seatbelt. I'm gonna use my base for this one though bc I paid a ton of money for this carseat lol
